Heidi Dawson
Coach, Therapist & Facilitator
I work with people - Not job titles. Not business models. People. Because behind every organisation, team or grand plan are humans trying to make sense of their lives, their work and themselves - often while walking a slightly wonky path that doesn’t fit the textbook version of success. My work sits at the intersection of love, life and leadership. Sometimes that looks like working with business owners, leaders or teams. Sometimes it looks like supporting people through change, loss, uncertainty or big decisions. Always, it starts with the relationship people have with themselves - because everything else flows from there. I don’t believe there’s one right way to grow, lead or succeed. There are many routes, many seasons and plenty of detours. My role is to walk alongside you while you figure out what works for you - not to hand you a shiny formula and send you on your way. I use a blend of approaches depending on what’s needed at the time. Coaching is the backbone of my work. Around that, I might draw on emotional intelligence, reflective practice, creative tools, NLP, hypnotherapy or Equine Facilitated Learning. Sometimes horses are part of the work. Sometimes they’re not. I work best with people who are curious, honest and open to doing things differently - even if they don’t yet know what “different” looks like. •Personal coaching •Business coaching •Hypnotherapy & NLP* •Equine Facilitated Learning* •Reflective Practice work •Cross-professional Supervision •Workshop facilitation

With a toolkit is as eclectic as her journey, combines her unique background in military leadership, coaching, wellbeing, and the creative arts to help individuals, leaders, and organisations thrive. After earning a BA (Hons) in Music Studies from Leeds Conservatoire, she took an unexpected turn into military life, spending more than a decade serving as an officer in the Royal Air Force. The military equipped her with invaluable skills in leadership, strategy, and performance, but it also reinforced a culture of constant striving and achievement. Jade Canavan
Yoga Studio Owner, Yoga teacher and Wellness Practitioner
Jade Canavan is the founder of Inner Lifetime, an independent, heart-led yoga studio on Newark Road in Lincoln, built on the belief that yoga is for everyone — every body, every age, and every season of life. Jade came to yoga later in life, when the pressures of a corporate career, life as a single mum and a period of ill health collided and led her to burnout. Yoga became her way back to herself, and that lived experience shapes everything she teaches. After completing her training in Thailand, she created a studio grounded in authenticity, humility and compassion — a safe, non-judgmental space where nervous first-timers feel genuinely welcome. A Yoga Alliance Professionals registered teacher and accredited Menopause Yoga teacher, Jade offers an unusually broad timetable, from Vinyasa and Yin to Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Hormone and Heated yoga, alongside sound baths, workshops and community events. Her own diagnosis of PMDD inspired her hormone-focused classes supporting women through every hormonal stage. Jade also is a qualified Mat Pilates teacher. Above all, Jade is passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing — gently encouraging those who find starting daunting, and guiding everyone towards presence, calm, and their own version of thriving.

Angie Pond
Somatic Coach & Yoga Teacher
Angie Pond is a UK-based somatic coach and yoga teacher who helps people come back to themselves, get out of their heads and into their bodies, so life feels steadier, clearer and more manageable. Her passion grew from her own lived experience of navigating stress, sensitivity and that very human feeling of “holding it all together” while quietly running on empty. Along the way, Angie discovered that real change didn’t come from pushing harder; it came from learning to listen to the body, soften the nervous system, and create space to breathe again. Today, Angie blends somatic coaching, breathwork and somatic yoga to help clients step out of autopilot and back into the driving seat of their lives. Her work is practical, gentle, and deeply empowering, supporting people to regulate stress, reconnect with what they need, and build simple tools they can actually use in everyday life. • 1-1 Somatic coaching in person and online • Group coaching - Women of Wonder group - in person • Weekly somatic yoga sessions • Dawn Sanctuary - yoga experiences in beautiful historic places • Sunset Sanctuary - Yoga and shamanic drumming experiences in beautiful historic places • Wellness Party’s - An alternative party celebration gentle movement and grounding, stepping deeper into the mind growth workshops, closing with the party session. • Day retreats, festivals & events
