Living with undiagnosed Dyspraxia and mild depression for a number of years wasn’t easy. I struggled in school, particularly during the exam months and being able to remember lots of information at once. I also had the tendency to zone out during lessons and didn’t quite know why, as well as many other symptoms.

Being diagnosed at University, was a lightbulb moment and I finally started receiving the help I needed to progress in various areas e.g. passing my driving test and managing my money and so on. 

If it wasn't for Health and Wellness and Holistic therapies, I wouldn't be where I am today. They help me calm down and relax after a stressful day or if I am struggling with information overload. They enable me to focus on my health and managing my emotions effectively. But most important, they are where I can turn too if I ever want to enjoy some "me time".
