Guest Speaker - Tess Sanderson - Laughter is a serious business

Following a career as a Development & Training Manager in the Civil Service and various PA roles at Board and Director level, I became self- employed in 2015, with my first business, Virtual Media Goddess.

Receiving a very late diagnosis of Lipoedema, plus fibromyalgia, arthritis and some permanent injuries, I was in despair and unable to do weight bearing exercise. I came across Laughter Yoga, and after feeling the benefits from participating, I found myself building a second business around wellness and holistic therapies.

I use my skills from my previous career to compliment my new found direction and this is honestly the best job I have ever had! More about my experiences and how Laughter Yoga has helped me, in my Presentation.
