Guest Speaker - Lesley Butlin - Effective Communications

Lesley has over 30 years of clinical experience of psychological therapies working in hospitals, G/P practices, and private practice. Lesley uses her extensive knowledge and practical experience along with her sense of humour to deliver stimulating workshops. 

This workshop will be mainly facilitator led, with an opportunity for break out / small group experiential learning during the session.

Transactional Analysis (TA) is a form of modern psychology widely practiced in health and coaching settings to promote personal growth and change. Understanding TA will support you to communicate more effectively with people and understand yourself better.

This workshop will use Transactional Analysis theory to help you increase your own self awareness and also offer insights into more effective communication.
