Today once we have gone around the room and completed our introductions, found out the updates for the Wellness Network we have one of our longstanding Members the lovely Clare Wildman as our guest speaker. Clare will be showing us how her Goal Watcher's sessions help you build your "Can do, Will do attitude to Change" something we all need reminding at this time of year.
