Join me to delve into the wonders of the Menopause journey.
Over 2 days we will cover everything from Symptoms, Mental Health, Your Medical Questions answered (by our Guest Professional) Health & Wellbeing, And What next?..
A relaxed, safe, supportive group to help you make some sense of what is going on and share tips and tricks to find your way through the fog that is this amazing time in your life.
Day One is Saturday 10th October where we start looking at your Symptoms and Mental Health.
Day Two is Saturday 17th October where we tackle your Medical Questions, Health & Wellbeing and find out what's next.
If you register for Saturday 10th you will automatically be registered for the 17th. If you can't make the 17th we will be running this again in November, please just let me know if that is what you will be doing.
