About The Event
Monthly Meet Up's
A follow on meet up for people who have attended any of the the Mind & Body Events.
A space to talk and let you express your feelings in a safe and supported environment. We will help you develop your own plan and coping strategies by going on a step by step journey to find out what you need to help yourself.
The areas that we will cover include Nutrition, Mind-set, Movement, Mindfulness, Sleep, and Communication.
There will be learning and there will be fun activities to showcase the learning.
