Mind & Body Programme - SHEAC
Bringing a taster of our Mind & Body Programme to Stamford. Spend an afternoon with us learnng some wonderful different ways that can help you make some small, effective changes to your daily and weekly routine to create a more healthy, happy life. For your physical, mental and emotional health.

• Experience a range of different ways to add to your Health Toolkit
• Take part in a range of simple interesting and fun practical sessions that could easily be introduced into your lifestyle

journey (including a short guided meditation) to reset your mind, start to release old blocks, and replenish your body, mind, and soul. Learn how to reset your resilience and find moments of joy, no matter what life throws at you.
