Mind & Body Programme - Online via Zoom

The Mind & Body Programme is a weekly two hour programme that provides a space to talk and let you express your feelings in a safe and supported environment.  We will help you develop your own plan and coping strategies by going on a step by step journey to find out what you need to help yourself.

We will work through a workbook so you can make notes and put down ideas about the session.  The programme is to help you find your purpose and make good choices putting you back in control.

The areas that we will cover include Nutrition, Mind-set, Movement, Mindfulness, Sleep, Communication and Creativity.   

There will be learning and there will be fun activities to showcase the learning.

Registering here on this FREE programme means you are automatically enrolled in the whole programme.

FAQ's

Do I need to attend every session?

No but you will get the most from the programme if you can try and attend as many as possible.

Do I need to put my screen on?

We would prefer it if you did but you don't have to if it means you are more comfortable.
