A Health and Lifestyle Coach specialising in helping women through their midlife transition with a strong focus on developing the right mindset to live an amazing life. Having gone through her own midlife metamorphosis and walking away from a 32 year career with the MoD, she’s on a mission to help other midlife women to navigate their way through this turbulent but truly exciting period in their life so that they too can reshape their second chapter in life.
