If you are on the road to improve your Health & Wellbeing, this course is a great place to start. Find out exactly where you are in all areas of your life by understanding where your needs are being met and where they are not. Really looking at your life in a snapshot like this means you can repeat the process after a few months to see what you have been able to achieve, and how improving one area influences the others. On our Mind & Body Programme we carry out this process at the beginning, at week 9 and at week 17 nearly at the end of the programme, as it is an excellent way to chart your progress and visually see your journey. The course uses Anxiety Freedom Cards which are a gorgeous set of cards with images depicting each of our 12 Innate Needs and 8 Innate Skills. These cards will help you understand your unique needs and how you can use your unique skills to make sure you are fulfilling them. I would allow about 90 minutes to do this course in one go so that you can give yourself enough time to consider each card and then answer the questions at the end of the process. You may find the questions take you longer or you may want to sleep on the answers and complete the next day. Remember we are all different and unique, we all have different levels of needs, we all have different ways of fulfilling our needs. They is no wrong answer as long as no one is hurt in the process.
