Guest Speaker: Daniella Hall Smith - from Danielle Louise – Health & Wellbeing Coach - Food for Energy
My interest in health started when I trained as a Secondary School teacher in 2008. Little did I know then that I would use nutrition, exercise and healing to overcome depression, anxiety and my post-natal recovery. Fast-forward to 2016 and I Knew I wouldn’t be able to return to teaching after the birth of my daughter. This resulted in me studying for a diploma in plant-based nutrition and my personal training qualification during my maternity leave. I then went on to specialise in hypopressive exercise and Theta Healing to offer a rounded service to all women. I now offer a range of services, including nutrition consultations, to help women feel energized, happy and soulful.
