About The Event

Staff Wellbeing Workshops   - FROM £2500

Bring our Mental Health & Wellbeing sessions to your colleagues but away from work.  Just coming away from  the work environment to the gorgeous Purusha Retreats will have an immediate impact.  Imagine what we can do with a whole day...

These days are designed to give a day out to reflect and spend time on your own self-development.  The idea is to remind yourself what is important and what influences our decisions.  Our days are ideal for anyone who needs some time out from their busy lives to make sure they are looking after their own needs the right way, and to give themselves permission to focus on themselves for the day.

Ideal for small to medium sized groups (up to 20) your day can be made bespoke to your requirements and location.

9.30    Arrival

10:00 Gut Health - It's connection to our whole being.  Ensure your staff have an understanding of our 7 pillars of health and how  considering each one will impact on their overall health and wellbeing.

10:30  Soul Searching - How are you?  Are your innate needs being meet?  How can you help yourself? Interesting interactive workshop capturing a picture of where you are at this moment in time and discovering how you can make the changes you need to move forward.

13:00  Lunch - This will be a gluten and dairy free buffet selection to show how easy and tasty it can be to eat cleanly.

13:45  Wellness Walk - Exploring the gorgeous woodland and fields of Purusha Retreats

14:30  Reflection and Journaling - Taking this time to reflect on the Soul Searching session and talking through anything that came up.

15:00  Yoga

16:00  Sound Bath

17:00  Actions & Feedback

17:30  Home

Everyone leaves with a workbook of all we have discussed,   including recipes and links for further reading and learning plus a few surprises.

This is our most popular day but you can bespoke it using the example activities or talks below

Gut Health - It's connection to our whole being including the 7 pillars of health.

Stress Managment - What can cause stress?  How does it affect our bodies?  Good stress and bad stress what is the difference?

The importance of movement - Why is it so important to keep moving?  Different ways to keep moving.  Combining movement with being out in nature or with friends and family or both.

Communication & Language -   Active listening. What words do you use? Body language. How do you talk to yourself? Are you a role model for your children?

Mind-set

Limiting Beliefs - What is stopping you?  Are you getting in your own way?

Gut Health -  The importance of your microbiome.  Good bacteria and bad bacteria.  Hormones and how they are produced.

Nutrition part 1 -  Good fats and bad fats

Nutrition part 2 - What is wholesome food? The importance of eating clean.

Nutrition part 3 - Hydration, gluten free, dairy free, why do people choose to remove them from their diets.

Mindfulness - What is it?  How can we be more mindful?

Meal Planning - How to plan your weekly meals to ensure they are healthy and you waste as little as possible.  Food label reading

Gratitude & Journaling - What is gratitude?  What are the benefits of journaling?  Different types of journaling.

Resilience -  How can we be more resilient?  Why is it important.

Sleep - The importance of sleep.  How it impacts your health.  How to get a better nights sleep.

Breathwork - How breathing correctly impacts on your health.  Different techniques and tips to try.

Meditation - What are the benefits?  How long do you need to meditate for?  Different ways to meditate.

Locations

We can come to you but we find that leaving the workplace makes a difference.  If you have another location in mind just let us know.
