About The Event
We have just received great news that we have been awarded funding in three different wards in Lincoln. Â Castle, Harstholme and Moorland. Â We want to make sure we are running the courses on the right day and time for those that are interested. Â Please complete registration so that we can run the course at the best time for you.
Introduction to the Mind & Body Programme
An 8 week taster of our Mind & Body Programme.
The Mind & Body Programme is a weekly two hour programme that provides a space to talk and let you express your feelings in a safe and supported environment. Â We will help you develop your own plan and coping strategies by going on a step by step journey to find out what you need to help yourself.
We will work through a workbook so you can make notes and put down ideas about the session. Â The programme is to help you find your purpose and make good choices putting you back in control.

The Programme is about informing you about options and empowering you to make the right choices for you. Â You can only make informed decisions when you have the correct education and knowledge, so we are going to bring you some light bulb moments that will enable you to do just that.
We are all unique therefore we all have different needs and different ways to fufil them. Â Let us share with you some ways to move you forward, you chose which ones you take on board.
