Guest Speaker: Bev Thorogood from Floresco
Bev Thorogood is the founder of Floresco Training and Coaching, a specialist training provider delivering Menopause in the Workplace training. She helps businesses and organisations to support their female workforce through workshops and seminars to raise awareness, break down the taboo of menopause and get the conversation started about this natural phase in a woman’s lifecycle.
She also helps women to understand what is happening in their body as they transition through menopause, debunking the many myths and misinformation, offering advice and guidance on menopause management options and helping them to prepare to speak to their GP or boss to get the outcome they want.
