About The Event
1-2-1 or Small Group Online Programmes
We offer a range of programme that you can choose from or you can bespoke your own. If you are interested in joining a small group please register your interest or email us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can match you with other suitable attendees.
If you don't know where to start we recommend our Groundwork Programme. This comprises of 4 online sessions covering the most important areas to start with.

To Bespoke your own 1-2-1 programme or small group online programme you can select from the below list of different topics as well as request any special topics not listed. The Wellness Network is so called as we have many connections in health and wellness both locally and nationally and can resource an expert in any area both geographically and professionally, you just have to ask.
